Philosophy
Tomatoes from the glasshouse out back. Parsley from the bed outside the kitchen window. Eggs from a small Connemara farm. Brown bread baked here every morning, before the first guest stirs.
We cater for vegans and vegetarians as a matter of course - not an afterthought.
